Payment (Betaling)

Pharma IT ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB or via Customer Invoice.

All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK), or EUR, and is excluding VAT.

Pharma IT ApS uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

Payment will be deducted from your account upon confirmation of your order.

Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)

When you buy a product from Pharma IT ApS, it is personal and may only be used for personal use.

As a consumer, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right of withdrawal lapses with digitally delivered goods and services as soon as the purchased item is taken into use, as it can then not be returned. The product is considered taken into use when you have completed the payment and received your invoice and thus access to the relevant course or online workshop.

When buying online products, you waive the normal 14-day right of return. There is NO right of withdrawal on digital goods (eg course materials), but you have a two-year right of complaint according to the Purchase Act.

This also applies to courses. Here, the product is considered taken into use after you have completed the payment, received your invoice or held the first session. After this, no right of withdrawal is granted.

Regarding Attendance of Courses and Continuing Education

If you are prevented from attending a course or continuing education event, please inform our team as soon as possible at academy@pharmait.dk

If you cancel your participation within 15-30 days before the first day of the course, you will be charged 50% of the course fee.

If you cancel your participation within 14 days before the first day of the course, you will be charged 100% of the course fee.

You cannot unsubscribe from courses or continuing education when there are less than 14 days until the first day of the course. However, you can donate your spot in the course to someone other than yourself (fx. a colleague), as the amount has been paid.

Conditions for Payment of Courses and Continuing Education

Your registration for courses or continuing education is valid once you have paid.

When you sign up for courses or continuing education, you sign up for the entire course and are obliged to pay the full amount.

Cancellation or change of course days: Courses and continuing education are conducted at the stated times. In case of changes you will be informed at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that Pharma IT ApS has to cancel, you will get the full amount paid back. If a single day is canceled during an live course, the cancelled day will be replaced by a new date.

Personal Data Act (GDPR)

When purchasing courses, continuing education or other materials at Pharma IT ApS, you must provide the following: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail.

As registered with Pharma IT ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to academy@pharmait.dk. The personal information is registered with Pharma IT ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

Right of Appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact academy@pharmait.dk.

If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the management of Pharma IT ApS, provided that the conditions for this are met.
